Account

There is no password. Sign in with Google, or enter your email address and we send you a 6-digit code to type on the page, and a sign-in link.

Use the same email address each time. Your checks, watches and plan are kept against it.

One email each time the registration's entry on the register changes. For an upper-tier registration, one 90 days and one 30 days before it expires; lower-tier registrations do not expire, so they get no expiry reminder. Nothing else, ever. Stop it in one click. We do not share the address, and we do not use it for anything you did not tick.

Lost a phone, or has someone left? Sign in and choose 'Sign out on all devices'.

Plans and billing

Yard and the collector plans (Solo, Firm and Fleet) can be bought now. A collector plan works on a claimed profile, so claim your profile first; claiming is free. See pricing

Change your plan, update your card, download invoices or cancel from your account page. The Manage plan button opens Stripe's secure customer portal.

Cancel any time. Access runs to the end of the period you have paid for. Nothing free ever turns into a charge on its own.

Invoices and receipts are emailed after each payment. TyresGone Ltd is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.

If your bank asks you to confirm a payment, you'll get an email with a secure link to do it.

If a payment fails, Stripe tries again over the following days and emails you a link to update your card.

Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Your business on the register

The listings on this site are copies of the Environment Agency's public register of waste carriers, brokers and dealers, shown with the date we copied them.

If a detail is wrong in the register itself, the correction has to be made with the Environment Agency, and it reaches this site the next time we copy the entry. If our copy differs from the register, email us and we fix it.

Your data

You can object to us showing your entry at any time. Email privacy@tyresgone.co.uk with the registration number. If you tell us you have a safety concern, we hide the page within one working day while we consider it.
